1 credit = 1 query. Credits are purchased once and never expire.
Unused credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided no credits from that purchase have been used. Once a credit has been spent on a query, it is non-refundable. Contact us below to request a refund.
MK Answers is operated by Chad Carson, a sole proprietorship, and sells digital goods (credit packs for in-app AI queries). By purchasing or using credits, you agree that: the service is provided as-is without warranty; credits are non-transferable and tied to your device-generated account identifier; we may update pricing or features at any time, with changes applying to future purchases only; these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States.
MK Answers does not require an account, name, or email to use. Your identity within the app is a randomly generated identifier stored only on your device, plus a recovery code you're given to restore your balance if needed. Query text you submit is sent to the AI provider handling that request (either our backend's provider, or your own API key if using Bring-Your-Own-Key) solely to generate a response. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details. Messages submitted through the contact form below (your email and message text) are stored so we can respond to you.
